A Midsummer’s Enchantment

DeadPan Monkeys Dance

Deadpan Update #2
Last week we shot the footage for our dance to “Blackfur” by Fredrik. It was fantastic working with such beautiful dancers full of magical energy. Our cameraman, Jason, played with his new camera equipment and got to finesse his film skills. Now, we must edit!
Also, I have to start thinking of a good title for this dance. Titling dances might be my weakest point…I always feel too literal or too abstract or too melodramatic or too verbose, when really the title matters very little. (some words currently in the think tank: festive, tales, fallen, story, noble, royal heights, gathering). I’ll pick one soon enough. We hope to have the video out by the end of this week.
